Purpose and legal basis
We use the data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR to organise, confirm, change and cancel trade-fair meetings, assign suitable staff, prevent abuse, provide security and accountability, handle claims and recognise returning customers. A booking is not marketing consent.
Data and sources
We require name, business e-mail, company, topic and meeting language. Phone and notes are optional. An agent may enter information received from you or your authorised colleague; an agent cannot mark your e-mail as verified.
Access and retention
Only authorised Turbo-Tec staff and administrators have access. Data is handled on local mail, application and Veeam infrastructure in Turbo-Tec. Unconfirmed requests expire after 15 minutes and are removed within 24 hours; rejected requests are kept 90 days; completed, cancelled and no-show records are kept 1000 days after the event. Technical logs are kept according to the approved retention schedule.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object where the legal basis is legitimate interest. Contact info@turbo-tec.eu. You may complain to the competent data protection authority. We do not profile you or make solely automated decisions with legal effect.
